This was the dramatic scene yesterday in Barcelona at the Circumval·lació street. A car was driving on the street when it fell down because of the construction of a new metro-line.
The incident began at half past 4, when the driver was going to pick up her 3 children at school.
At first the people of the street were in panic, because they were afraid more parts of the street would fall down. As soon as the police and the ambulance arrived, people became calmer. While the police was organizing, the driver was rescued.
After a few hours, people said it’s very irresponsible to build a metro-line without first checking the possibility of accidents.
